Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity History

Between our inception in 1987 and through the spring of 2022, we have built 87 homes in Rutherford County. We are currently experiencing unprecedented growth. We built 17 of those homes in Hopeview Estates, the first Habitat for Humanity subdivision in our county. We have a multifaceted operation that not only includes home building and repairs, but also administrative, and resale operations.
