Hopeview Estates, a Habitat Subdivision

Hopeview Estates is a seventeen home sub-division which was built over a five-year period for families of low-to-moderate incomes.

These homes were built based on HUD income guidelines for Rutherford County, the size of the qualifying families, and are two-to-five-bedroom homes.

Happy Homeowner Testimonial

This home means more than I could ever explain to me and my family!

This home is definitely a result of what prayer can do. Every time I see my home, I  always give thanks to God for it because I know it is only possible because of Him.  This home also means stability for me and my daughters. To know that we have a brand new home of our own for the rest of our lives is such a blessing to us. No more moving to another house or apartment and praying that it is a clean environment. I am proud to have something I can pass down to my daughters.  As young as they are, they put in hours of sweat equity making crafts for the volunteers. This is our dream come true and we will be forever grateful for it!
