Executive Director

Kim Freeman

As the Executive Director, Kim provides leadership and vision for our affiliate consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by our Board of Directors.  She promotes and upholds the covenant with Habitat for Humanity International.  In addition, Kim reports to the Board and is responsible for staff management, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, volunteer recruitment and recognition, family selection, budget development and adherence, oversight of the ReStore operations, and ensuring that board policies and goals are implemented by its committees.  The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board and Executive Committee, and an ad hoc member of all other Committees.

 

Resource Development

Sheila P. Cain

As the Resource Development Director, Sheila is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of fund development for Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity, provide leadership on all fundraising initiatives including special events, major gifts (financial & gifts in kind), planned giving, and sponsorship acquisition.  Sheila identifies, organizes and manages the fundraising activities of the affiliate with a focus on new possibilities to obtain ongoing and increased support from corporations, public and private funding organizations, faith communities, and individuals.

 

Family Services Coordinator

Susan Keith

As the Family Services Coordinator, Susan manages the Rutherford HFH Family Services procedures for the recruitment, processing, and selection of homeowner families and provide direction for the programs designed to support families after they have been selected.  Susan also coordinates the work of the Family Selection/Services Committee while working to assist and nurture homeowners.

 

Volunteer Coordinator

As the Volunteer Coordinator, Sue is responsible for recruiting volunteers for all activities of Habitat.

Construction Coordinator

Brannon Freeman

As the Construction Coordinator, Brannon coordinates all of our building projects, manages all of our construction materials, supervises all construction activities and maintains all of our affiliate vehicles.

 

ReStore Manager

Jimmy Okpych

In his role of ReStore Manager, Jimmy works with guidance and assistance from the ReStore Advisory Council and is responsible for managing all phases of the ReStore program including fund-raising and fostering support with partners in the community, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing ReStore operations, ensuring accountability to funding sources and the Board of Directors and implementing marketing and community relations for ReStore.

 

ReStore Assistant Manager

Wanda Harris

As a ReStore Assistant Manager, Wanda manages the day-to-day operations of ReStore including planning and organization for the store, managing day-to-day activities within the store.

As a ReStore associate, Destiny assists with customer service as well as with intake and preparation of store inventory for the sale floor.
